we help?
Help with accounts, van listings, ownership claims, menus and subscriptions. Tell us what happened, which van is affected and the iPhone/iOS version you use—never send your password.
Contact Rolliable
Email is the support route for launch. We aim to acknowledge genuine support requests within two working days.
Email hello@rolliable.comAccount and sign-in
Check that you used the same email address as your Rolliable account and completed any verification email. Password-reset links open the app. If a link has expired, request another from the Account screen.
Claiming or adding a van
Claims and new vans are reviewed before owner controls or public publication are enabled. Include verifiable business evidence in the claim. When adding a van, place the pin on its exact regular pitch and include a clear photograph of the actual van.
Photo-to-menu
Use even light, avoid glare and keep the full menu in frame. Rolliable produces an editable draft; check every item and price before publishing. If extraction is unavailable, you can edit the menu manually.
Location and camera access
Open iPhone Settings → Apps → Rolliable to change Location, Camera or Photos access. Location is used only while using the app. You can still browse the map without granting location access.
Delete your account
In Rolliable, open Account → Delete account… → Delete account permanently. This removes your account and private claim/menu-photo data. Public van records may remain, detached from your former account, so staff can continue moderating the map.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@rolliable.com from the account email address.
Subscriptions
Apple manages payment and cancellation. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rolliable. Restore Purchases in the app if an active subscription is not recognised. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Safety or incorrect information
Email us if a listing is misleading, duplicated, at the wrong pitch or appears unsafe. Include the van name and map location. Rolliable shows information supplied by operators and the community; opening hours and availability can change.
